We ask that all personal effects be removed from the vehicle before being delivered for service. Any remaining personal effects obstructing an area of the vehicle will result in that area not being detailed.
EleanorChristine Motors is not responsible for any lost items. If we find any unintentionally-left small items, we place them to the side and return them to you at time of pickup.
Unless requested, your Vehicle Detailing Artist will not access the glove compartment of your vehicle. The same applies when personal effects are left in center consoles.
At EleanorChristine Motors, we practice a Good-Faith booking system: We only ask for payment once work is completed. We are customer-centric: we care about your vehicle and operate at quality over volume. When we receive a cancellation, it not only impacts us but also affects our other clients. If you need to cancel, we ask that you give at least a 48-hour notice.
Cancellations under 48-hours will result in requiring a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit before rescheduling. The same applies to any No-Call/No-Shows.
At EleanorChristine Motors, we care about your vehicle. This is why we utilize HD cameras, alarm motion sensors and lot & parameter flood lighting at night. And while we take every precaution to protect your property, we are not liable for any damage to or theft of your vehicle.
We advise all customers to properly insure their vehicles.
EleanorChristine Motors will not release your vehicle back to you without payment in full. Any vehicle entrusted to our care is automatically subject to a mechanic's lien.
