Dealership Policy & Procedure

We collect sales tax and Title & Registration costs on every Maryland vehicle sale. 

For Out-of-State sales we issue a 60-Day temporary registration & tag.

Our Processing fee for all sales is: $425

Listed vehicle prices do not include these fees.

Due to liability & the specialty nature of our vehicles, we do not allow for direct test driving. However we do allow for test rides with one of our staff as the driver. 

All vehicles are sold AS IS with refunds prohibited. Warranties available for purchase are offered on most of our vehicles through our warranty partners. 

Vehicles are not permitted to leave our lot, however you may schedule a licensed technician of your choosing to perform an on-site, supervised inspection before your purchase.

We accept $500 cash or credit deposits to hold a vehicle for 5-Days. These deposits are non-refundable. 

EleanorChristine Motors tries to offer a low down payment requirement of 5% for most of our vehicles. This is subject to change based on lender requirements. 

A $100 deposit is due upon approval as a non-refundable commitment. 

All financed deals must be signed & closed within 72 hours of approval.

We offer dedicated Private Viewings by appointment for all of our cars.

 The vehicle is presented in-doors in a closed, climate-controlled

 environment to allow you complete privacy in 

examining your dream car. 

Test Rides are then permitted upon pre-qualification. 

At your Private Viewing, 

a team member will open all the doors, engine hood and trunk- every accessible part. You will have as much time as you wish to view your dream car.

 We also will provide you with the vehicle's

 inspection & history reports.

Please be mindful: touching or entering the vehicle is not allowed until your test ride. This policy is to preserve the automobile's condition.
